"Endometriosis Foundation Uganda has been my anchor. Their psychosocial support reminds me I’m not alone. 1 in 7 women walk this path too."
Meet Connie, 30 Stage 4 Endo Warrior 💛* My pain started at 13. I was told “it’s normal.” 13 years later, I was diagnosed: chocolate cysts, frozen pelvis, and challenges with fertility. The last two years have been tough stepping back from formal work to focus on my health and specialist care. The journey to motherhood hasn’t been easy either. While I wait to afford laparoscopy, I manage with diet, exercise, and rest. Some days are harder than others. Endometriosis Foundation Uganda has been my anchor. Their psychosocial support reminds me I’m not alone. 1 in 7 women walk this path too. To every Ugandan girl in pain: You deserve answers.Severe periods aren’t normal. Speak up early. I’m still hoping, still healing, still standing. #EndoWarrior #Endometriosis FoundationUganda #Pan African Holistic Endometriosis wellness Organization #1in7 #Hope #EndoUganda
